The New Master of Ceremonies

Simula sa araw na ito... ako na po ang bagong Master of Ceremonies o MC ng aming parokya.... heheeheheheheeheheheehehehhehehehehehe

Kasama ko na naging MC si Matthew.... so dalawa na kame. Kame daw ang papalit kay Kuya Dave habang nasa San Carlos sya ng 1 buwan.

So..... di na kame tinuruan ni Kuya Dave dahil basahin lang daw namin ang Rubrics (Instructions ito na nasa Sacramentary)
Doon din daw sya natuto e

To an Altar Server

To be Christ's page at the altar,
To serve Him freely there,
Where even the angels falter,
Bowed low in reverent prayer.

To touch the throne most holy,
To hand the gifis for the feast,
To see Him meekly, lowly,

To sound the silver bell

Seminar

Yesterday was the seminar for New Altar Servers of The Diocease of Cubao. Abraham, our coordinator asked me to help him take care of our Altar Servers. We were only 2 but it went out well.

Nag comute lang kame papuntang Immaculate Conception Cathedral. We were the second to arrive. Good thing 3 of the Altar Servers were absent during that time. The seminar went on until 3:00pm.

We actually did nothing there. We Just assisted the Altar Servers in going to the Cathedral.

One Month as a Secreatary

March 12, 2005....the day of electing new officers of The Ministry of Altar Servers has come....

I was lucky to be elected as the secretary of our Ministry... Many indeed of the Altar Servers has voted me as secretary......They voted me maybe because they trusted me...

As the election occurs, we made it very solemn...

As for now, isang buwan na akong secretary. Its not easy to be a secretary because ikaw magtatawag pag may meeting, kaw kasama pag may lakad, at ako bahala sa Sacristy....

Mahirap pero masaya.... yun lang masasabi ko simula ng naging secretary ako....

Buti nalng may assistant ako...kaya kung di ko na kaya at nahihirapan ako, andyan siya para /tulungan ako.......

So... yun lang po.... babay

The Teaching of the New Altar Servers

Few hours ago I was teaching some new recruited Altar Servers and Kuya Dave entrusted me to teach them the Sacred Vessels and Objects that are used by Priests and Altar Servers like me.

They did learn...... All of them learned from me..... of course..... I teached them all they need to know as an Altar Server....

It was hard but fun to teach them.....hard because some of them are not listening........fun because all of them passed the test that Kuya Dave gave them.....
